Jonathan Martindale was led to Salt Branch Cowboy Church in the spring of 2018. Jonathan is honored to be a Lay Pastor for SBCC and is a member of the Arena Team and the Security Team. Jonathan and his wife Marla have been married for 31 years and are the proud parents of 3 children, 16 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Jonathan grew up in a military family where his father served in the United States Air Force for 28 years followed by 18 years in the United States Civil Service. Jonathan retired in 2021 from a career with the U-Haul organization that spanned 36 years. His career with U-Haul started in Abilene and returned him back to Abilene in 1995. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, ranching, and working around their property.
